Cerotek’s Assistance Call System, is one of the main product offered in the TELEASSISTANCE field. It consists in devices that don’t need any modification of the electrical system.
Thanks to the App service for the operators, Cerotek’s service allows a rapid intervention of healthcare workers, facilitating their job and improving the quality of assistance and of the life of the person assisted.
Cerotek’s Assistance Call System complies to VDE_0824 legislation.
It consists on the installation of repeaters that cover a wide range of action and allow the correct functioning of HEADBOARD, BATHROOM ALARM and LIGHT ALARM.
In the moment in which the ASSISTANCE CALL is activated trough the HEADBOARD or the BATHROOM ALARM, outside the rooms the LIGHT ALARM (both visual and sound) will activate with GREEN FLASHING LIGHT to indicate the room of the guest who requested assistance and with RED FLASHING LIGHT to signal the request of medical intervention from the operators.
At the same time, the ASSISTANCE CALL will appear on the App given to the operators with the ROOM, the NAME of who requested assistance and the TIME PASSED from the call. The reports are visible on the displays or on the Smart Tvs in the hallways or in common areas.
To close the intervention the operator, from the room of the guest, will have to push the EMERGENCY button to signal a critical situation, or the CANCEL button to signal the solve of the problem.
With CentroStella is possible to record, store and extract the datas detected, accessing to the history of the operations.
